Refund Policy

Povtori is operated by an independent individual based in Georgia.

Dodo Payments refund process

Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for paid Povtori subscriptions. Refund eligibility and refund decisions are governed by the Dodo Payments Buyer Terms presented during checkout. Dodo Payments considers refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may refuse a request where it identifies fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.

How to request a refund

Send the request to Dodo Payments at support@dodopayments.com. Include the email address used for the purchase, the Dodo transaction or payment ID from your receipt, the purchase date, and the reason for the request. Do not send card details to Povtori or by email.

Dodo Payments reviews and decides the request and, if approved, returns funds to the original payment method. Bank processing times can vary.

Cancellation is separate

Canceling a future renewal does not automatically create a refund for a completed payment. Use the Dodo Payments customer portal from the Povtori dashboard to stop future renewals, and contact Dodo Payments separately if you want to request a refund.
